Once your deposit or full payment is received, your price is completely frozen and protected against any seasonal fluctuations.
Holiday Supplement: Packages falling across Christmas, New Year, or Easter carry a 20% seasonal supplement reflecting high-demand airline and Nile cruise availability.
• Day Tours & Shore Excursions: 100% payment upon booking secures immediate private vehicle and Egyptologist assignment.
• Multi-Day Packages & Nile Cruises: A 30% deposit secures your reservation, with the remaining 70% balance payable 15 days prior to arrival.
• Peak Festive Dates (Christmas & Easter): 50% deposit required.
Upon receipt, an official confirmation voucher and detailed travel documentation will be emailed immediately.
• 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund minus minimal standard bank transaction fees.
• 15 to 29 days prior: 25% of total package cost retained.
• 7 to 14 days prior: 50% of total package cost retained.
• Less than 7 days or no-show: Full package cost applies.
